Andrés is Managing Partner at Godoy, where he leads the firm’s Immigration practice and Training Unit. Since 2003, he has been a key driver of the firm’s growth and positioning strategy, consolidating it as a leader in labor law and related areas in Colombia. His business-oriented and interdisciplinary approach has fostered innovation, sustainability, and internal transformation, achieving sustained growth of over 22% annually for more than 17 years. 

His career began as a financial consultant at Accenture and later transitioned into the legal industry, where he has spearheaded strategies in business expansion, operational efficiency, and service diversification. He has also worked as an independent consultant for specialized law firms in tax, foreign exchange, corporate, and intellectual property law, contributing his expertise in management and strategic planning.
