Senior Associate

Manuel José is an associate of the Corporate and Project practices of Morales & Besa. He has experience advising private and public entities, investment funds and high net-worth individuals in corporate and project finance, debt and equity issuance, liability management, merges & acquisitions, real estate and construction matters, with emphasis on project development and general advice.

He joined Morales & Besa in 2015. He is currently pursuing specialty studies abroad.
