Constanza concentrates her practice on matters related to the energy industry, both in their regulatory and transactional aspects.

She joined Morales & Besa in 2020. Previously, she worked as an associate of  the Energy  and Administrative team of Quintanilla Busel Niedmann (2018-2020). She began her career as a paralegal at Fiscalía Nacional Económica, the Chilean competition agency, where she worked at the Anti-Cartels Unit.

She studied a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Law of Regulated Sectors, with a specialization in Energy at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.
