Career

María Laura Lede Pizzurno is a partner in the Energy & Natural Resources practice at Mitrani Caballero and leads the Environmental Law practice. She specializes in mining, administrative, and environmental law, advising local and international clients in regulated industries, with a focus on natural resources, infrastructure, and life sciences.

María Laura has extensive experience in regulatory matters, administrative proceedings, project finance, and public-private partnerships. She has played a key role in major mining and infrastructure projects in Argentina, including Veladero and Potasio Río Colorado, and has participated in numerous M&A transactions involving mining assets.

Before joining Mitrani Caballero in 2017, she was a founding partner at HOLT Abogados (2008–2017), a junior partner at Estudio Beccar Varela (1999–2008), and an advisor to the Argentine Ministry of Economy and Public Works for six years.
