Jorge E. Pico is a partner in the Labor and Social Security Law practice at Mitrani Caballero, specializing in employment, collective bargaining, and social security matters across domestic and international markets. He regularly advises clients on complex labor and social security issues in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Uruguay.

Before joining Mitrani Caballero, Jorge was a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005–2007), and served as a senior in-house advisor to the Techint Group, providing counsel on labor and social security matters throughout Latin America (1994–2005). He also gained experience as an officer at the National Labor Courts (1991–1993). Jorge is a member of the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law and has contributed to several specialized publications. He is recognized as a leading practitioner in labor and employment law by Chambers Latin America.

He is a member of the Argentine Association of Labour and Social Security Law (AADTySS). He is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires and in the Province of Buenos Aires.
