Lisl Dunlop brings over 30 years of antitrust experience, helping her clients navigate the complex challenges around mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and agency investigations. She focuses on helping clients align their strategic initiatives with antitrust risk, providing practical solutions that move their businesses forward.

Recognized as a leading antitrust practitioner by international legal rankings, such as Chambers USA, The Legal 500 United States, and Crain’s New York Business, Lisl provides a global perspective to approaching antitrust aspects of transactions, litigation strategy, and government investigations. Drawing from her experience practicing in Australia, the UK, as well as the U.S., she represents clients before U.S. federal and state antitrust agencies as well as international authorities, ensuring they stay compliant while achieving their goals.

Lisl works with clients across industries, including technology, media, and healthcare. Her healthcare practice is particularly robust, advising companies on how to manage antitrust risks in areas like hospital affiliations, joint ventures, accountable care organizations (ACOs), physician networks, and financial and clinical integration issues.

As an accomplished speaker and author, Lisl regularly shares insights on antitrust and competition law. She’s also actively involved in leadership roles within the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law sections. Beyond her practice, she’s committed to pro bono work, advocating for LGBTQ+ and indigent clients in immigration and asylum matters.
