With more than two decades of tax law transactional experience, Paul Patrow ensures his clients are tax efficient in completing their most mission-critical deals.

Paul advises clients on tax strategies during business formations and mergers, acquisitions, and sales transactions. He also provides guidance to clients on the tax aspects of forming and investing in private equity funds, hedge funds and joint ventures.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a tax partner at Paul Hastings and Kirkland & Ellis.
