With a background that includes having worked within the real estate industry, Michael Davis understands his clients’ business needs as he advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, financing and leasing.

Institutional residential and commercial landlords look to Mike for guidance on a wide range of operational and property management matters. Before joining the firm, Mike served as senior in-house counsel at prop-tech company Divvy Homes, where he supported the purchase and sale of thousands of residential properties across nine states. In addition, he previously worked in the Real Estate department of two national law firms in Northern California.
