Stephen Drobny is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. He focuses on banking and asset recovery matters.

Steve advises clients on bankruptcy matters, regularly representing debtors, trustees, committees, and secured creditors in complex Chapter 11, 7, and 13 cases.

Prior to joining Jones Walker, Steve was an attorney at Shutts & Bowen, where he was a member of the Creditors' Rights Practice Group. He has also practiced law in California and served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Richard Lee of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.
