Will Manuel focuses his practice primarily on courtroom work, both through motion practice and trials. He works on many diverse types of matters: products liability, employment litigation and commercial disputes. He has handled various legal problems for both international corporations and small businesses in Mississippi and other jurisdictions. Will currently serves on the national trial team for a Fortune 500 company for products cases and is helping other manufacturers handle actions across the country.

His clients include both large manufacturers and commercial interests, as well as smaller concerns and family businesses. Will has worked to defend these clients nationwide through discovery and trial. He has tried numerous personal injury and employment cases in both state and federal courts. Will also has experience in advising businesses on issues involving age discrimination, sexual harassment and wage/overtime disputes.
