Mike Edwards is a business litigator with more than 50 years of experience handling complex matters for financial institutions, health care providers, accounting firms, and attorneys. He regularly serves as an arbitrator and mediator and is experienced guiding clients to successful resolutions. Mike is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.  He often lectures on trials of complex cases, appellate work, enforcement of agreements to arbitrate, class actions, lender liability, securities litigation, accountant’s liability, shareholder liability for corporate debt, covenants not to compete and the attorney-client privilege.
