Francisco Pozo Gowland

He began his professional career in the Judiciary of the City of Buenos Aires, where he served between 2013 and 2018, in Room II of the Chamber of Appeals in Contentious Administrative and Tax Matters as well as in courts No. 5 and No. 20, reaching the position of assistant secretary. In 2018 he joined “Pozo Gowland Abogados”, where he became a partner in 2023. He specializes in administrative law and regulation of public services, works, and infrastructure, and provides legal advice related to the energy sector in electricity, oil, and gas. Francisco is also specialized in arbitration and litigation related to his areas of expertise. Gonzalo Matías Torres

He started his professional career at “Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen& Martínez de Hoz (h)” where he worked between 2013 and 2014. He joined the Firm as an Associate in July 2014. He is specialized in matters related to energy, construction, and real estate. Gonzalo advises clients from the start of business, carrying out legal risk analysis, and drafting and negotiating the corresponding contracts. Gustavo A. Campobassi

Gustavo began his professional practice in 1987 at Fornieles & del Carril Law Firm. At Fornieles & del Carril he worked on Corporations Law, Labor Law, and Insurance Law. As a senior associate of this law firm, he was in charge of the litigation law department and specialized in Damages Law. Héctor Pozo Gowland

Héctor specializes in administrative law and regulation of public services, works, and infrastructure. He provides legal advice related to the energy sector in electricity, oil, and gas. He forms part of the board of directors and the Supervisory Committee of various companies related to electricity. He started his professional career in “Dabinovic & Asociados", where he worked between 1980 and 1986, continuing, as Head of the Administrative Law Department, in SADE S.A. between 1986 and 1991, when he founded "Pozo Gowland & Koch". The same, in 2006 was renamed "Pozo Gowland Abogados". He is a Professor of Administrative Procedural Law in the Specialization Course in Administrative Economic Law at the Catholic University of Argentina. He is a professor of regulation of public services in various postgraduate courses. He received awards from the Thomson Reuters Law Firm, the Academy of Sciences of Buenos Aires, and the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires. José A. Tiscornia

Ramón Zubiaurre

He started his professional career in the studio Pozo Gowland & Koch -Abogados where he worked between 1994 and 2006, reaching the category of Senior Associate. He is a founding partner of Pozo Gowland Abogados (2006) distinguished in the 2020 Edition of LACCA Approved (Latin America’s leading private practitioners as voted for by the region s leading corporate counsel) in the areas of Energy and Litigation.
