He specializes in corporate finance, M&A, agribusiness and real estate.

He joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2001 and became a partner in 2012. He worked as foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York in 2004 – 2005. In recent years, he has been handling complex M&A transactions, including the investment by GE in YPF Energía Eléctrica; in real estate he advised on the investment by Goldman Sachs and Equity International in Pegasus Real Estate. As to the agribusiness sector, he handled the sale of equipment manufacturer PLA to Deere; and in the energy sector, the acquisition of a controlling stake in TGS by a JV of local and foreign investors.

He graduated as a lawyer at Universidad Católica Argentina (2001), holds a Masters in Law from Columbia University School of Law, New York (2004) and a Masters in Finance from Universidad del CEMA.
