Javier Petrantonio was the firm’s managing partner from 2011 to 2024 and is a part of the Dispute Resolution practice area.

He specializes in general commercial law and litigation, with particular emphasis on corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has advised clients in transactions of a wide range of industries, including cable operators, open-to-air television, retail, fishing, hospitality, health, pharmaceutical and fertilizer.

He is a member of boards and oversight commissions of well-known national and international companies.

He is actively involved in non-profit organizations, notably his role as Vice-President of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires from 2012 to 2014.  He is also a member of the International Bar Association, where he is Senior Vice-Chair of the Regulation of Lawyers' Compliance Committee.
