The practice is strong in private-public relationships amidst new regulations in Argentina.

Sports and entertainment: offers advice regarding all issues related to the organization, production, promotion and marketing of sports and entertainment events, and contracts, including transfers, management and sponsorships agreements, labor, tax, civil responsibility, regulation, governance and compliance, international private law, image and intellectual property, with a long experience dealing with leading national and international artists, agents and promotion companies.

Tax law: advises international and domestic clients on tax planning and litigation. The team specializes in corporate transactions, such as cross-border M&A, tax-free reorganizations, foreign investments, and international financial transactions.
