Liban Kusa leads the Tax Department at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Steering Committee.

Dr. Kusa specializes in tax law, with a strong focus on contentious matters. He leads defense strategies in high-profile cases involving significant claims by national and provincial tax authorities. Additionally, he provides expert advice on contentious issues related to municipal taxation.

Since 2005, Dr. Kusa has been consistently recognized by both local and international publications specializing in tax law as one of the most distinguished lawyers in the field. He has also been ranked for several consecutive years as a leading tax lawyer by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and ITR World Tax.

Dr. Kusa earned his law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1997.
