Senior Associate

Federico Vicente joined the Firm as a member of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team in 2023.

He specializes in corporate law, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory. He also develops his practice in the area of Real Estate.

In his day-to-day work, he advises local and international clients on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, capital and venture capital investments, and general corporate matters.

He has been recognized in the Real Estate practice area as a “Leading Associate” by Legal 500 and as an “Associate to Watch” by Chambers and Partners.

He earned his law degree from Universidad de San Andrés in 2016 and obtained a Master’s in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2024.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
