Mr. Franco Raffinetti is a senior associate at the Intellectual Property, Privacy, New Technologies, and Legal Advertising department.

He has vast experience in advising national and international clients in intellectual property matters, particularly in personal data protection. In his daily practice at Bruchou, he advises companies, financial institutions, and foundations on compliance with personal data protection regulation, technology matters and legal marketing. He provides comprehensive support in due diligence processes, offering guidance across all areas of intellectual property law. Franco has been a speaker at seminars and conferences on the subject. Moreover, he regularly publishes a newsletter with IP news and is the author of publications related to data protection.

Franco is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal and of different associations of privacy.
