Yoab has  more than 15 years of experience in Compliance matters and helping companies of different sizes and industries to design, implement, and improve compliance programs.  The area he leads  strategically advise clients in navigating complex regulatory environments by adopting better global standards, while also building and sustaining ethical corporate cultures.

Yoab is also the Academic Director of the Latin America Compliance Diploma at Thomson Reuters and co-author of the book “Compliance: Why and For What. Keys to Its Management.” Yoab is passionate about promoting ethical leadership and best practices in the region and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and events.

During his practice experience he leads the evaluation of the compliance program of a Mexican multinational company based on the best international standards and lead work with the board and executive management of a Brazilian multinational to generate corporate culture change after a corruption case. Previously he worked at LRN as Head of LRN Latin America for more than 10 years and in Chadbourne & Parke, International.
