Andrea  has over 10 years of experience and a professional background in legal advisory and support in the tax area for companies, individuals, and high-net-worth families, tailored to the needs of each business or family enterprise. He has also led multiple processes of corporate reorganization and family wealth, succession and asset protection, mergers, acquisitions, investment structures, and the implementation of corporate and tax structures.

Previously, he was a partner at FBC Legal Abogados and worked as a senior lawyer at the renowned firms MAZARS and EY (Ernst & Young).
