Jocelyn Aros focuses her professional practice primarily on labor matters. She has over 10 years of professional experience, concentrating her legal work on labor and social security law. Throughout her career, she has specialized in providing comprehensive and strategic advice to clients from various sectors based on their specific needs in labor-related matters, including litigation, collective bargaining, and compliance.

In this context, she has worked with prominent companies and institutions, ranging from the healthcare sector to the mining industry. Her support has extended not only to complex litigation cases involving anti-union practices, lawsuits for violations of fundamental rights, wrongful terminations, and workplace accidents, among others, but also to advising on labor matters concerning both individual and collective labor law. For example, she provides advice on corporate matters such as processing of minimum services, preparation of labor due diligence, and drafting of labor documents with involvement in collective bargaining processes.
