Raúl Alberto Morales has been part of Galindo, Arias & López since 2012, concentrating his practice in Corporate law, with a particular focus on estate planning for private clients.

Raúl Alberto frequently advises local and international High Net Worth clients with the organization of detailed corporate structures, including Private Interest Foundations and Trusts, which centered on the succession of assets and family governance.

A significant part of his clientele includes people who have chosen to move to or retire in Panama, advising them on everything related to the establishment of businesses and the obtaining of various types of permits necessary to begin commercial operations, as well as the acquisition of real estate and other assets in general, thus becoming the primary contact for his clients in Panama.

Complementing his corporate practice, Raúl Alberto also leads the firm's intellectual property department, having a comprehensive practice that includes the registration and protection of trademarks, industrial designs, patents and utility models for all types of products and services, having extensive experience negotiating franchise contracts and IP usage licenses.
