Associate. Ms. Dorado focuses on Labor & Inmigration, Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

María Montserrat Dorado has been part of Galindo, Arias & López since 2007, as part of the Dispute Resolution, Labor and Migration practice groups.

In the dispute Resolution area, she has participated in multiple litigations, for damage claims, as well as processes for annulment and replacement of securities, testate and intestate successions, among others.

Regarding Migration, she has experience in all procedures related to visa approval, residence and work permits for foreign personnel hired by national and transnational companies, whose objective is to establish their residence in the Republic of Panama.

Finally, with regards to her Labor practice, she has experience in the management of labor regulations and their application to each particular case, such as hiring national and foreign personnel, verification of working conditions, termination of the employment relationship, among others.
