Lisbia Soto Elenes is a Partner of the firm with 20 years of experience advising national and multinational companies on labor and employment matters throughout Mexico. Lisbia earned her law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, graduating with honors, and later completed an LL.M. in Labor Law at the Universidad Panamericana, one of Mexico’s most respected postgraduate law programs.
In her daily practice, Lisbia represents employers in labor litigation, collective matters, and disputes involving termination, workplace policies, and employment relationships. She also has extensive experience leading internal investigations for her clients, both in labor‑related issues and in broader compliance‑focused matters, including workplace misconduct, regulatory breaches, and internal policy violations.

Lisbia currently serves as President of the Labor Commission of COPARMEX Mexicali and as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Baja California Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Counsel (ANADE) for the 2026–2027 term. Education
Lisbia earned her Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California, graduating with Academic Merit honors. She later obtained a Master’s Degree in Labor Law from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City Campus) and has completed various advanced studies in labor and employment law, including the Specialized Seminar on the New Labor Justice System offered by the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico. Her academic training reflects a strong focus on labor law and workplace relations.
