Education

Ignacio Avilés earned his Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California and completed postgraduate studies in Constitutional Law and Amparo at the Institute of the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico, now part of the Federal Judiciary Council. He holds a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and Amparo, graduating with top academic honors, and also completed a Master’s Degree in Labor Law at Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City Campus), where he achieved the highest GPA in his class. His academic background reflects extensive training in constitutional, labor, and procedural law.
