30 December 2025 Walkers, the international legal and professional services firm, has advised InSilico Medicine Cayman TopCo ("InSilico Medicine"), a reputable AI-driven biotechnology company with global operations, on its successful IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ("HKEX"), backed by 15 cornerstone investors including Eli Lilly, Tencent and Temasek.
