Position

Alison Antill is a senior associate in Walkers' Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Guernsey.
Alison advises on corporate and commercial disputes and trust litigation, with a particular interest in insolvency. She also has experience in regulatory investigations and GFSC enforcement proceedings.

Alison has been an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey since December 2021 and has been practising in Guernsey since 2018. Prior to returning to Guernsey, Alison practised as a solicitor in England.

Alongside her legal practice, Alison is the Guernsey Bar Secretary as a member of the Guernsey Bar Council. She is a member of the Guernsey International Legal Association (GILA), the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES) and the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTra).

Career

Prior to her current role, Alison practised at another firm in Guernsey for over six years where she had a broad dispute resolution practice including trust disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, insolvency and employment law.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Alison received a bursary from a leading offshore law firm and worked as a paralegal in a boutique litigation firm in the City of London. Alison then trained as a solicitor with a regional firm in Southeast England and qualified into their commercial dispute resolution team where she practised for two years before returning to Guernsey.
