Vikaash is an associate in Walkers' Guernsey Investment Funds & Corporate team, advising on listed and unlisted funds and corporate law matters.

Vikaash is an English-qualified solicitor who supports investment fund and corporate clients on a range of commercial matters. He acts across all stages of the fund lifecycle, in addition to cross-border corporate instructions, such as mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations.

Vikaash spent five years in the Litigation practice of another leading offshore law firm before joining Walkers in 2026, where he specialised in complex cross-border corporate, trusts, and regulatory disputes, in addition to contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters.

Prior to entering the law, Vikaash worked for a FTSE-listed recruitment consultancy as a manager in their Australian business.
