Samantha is an Associate in the Walkers' Guernsey Investment Funds and Corporate Practice Group, with experience across a wide range of listed and unlisted Investment Funds and Corporate Law matters.

Having practised onshore as a corporate lawyer at top-tier regional and international law firms Samantha has experience working on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and negotiation of contracts.

More recently, Samantha has worked in the Guernsey Corporate Funds team of a London Listed Fund Administrator where she gained several years of cross-jurisdictional governance and operational experience in Investment Funds and Financial Services. She has experience across the full life-cycle, being establishment, acquisitions, divestments and termination of Investments Funds of a wide range of asset classes including private equity, real estate and cryptocurrency.

Before joining Walkers, Samantha worked at the Guernsey offices of a major international fund administrator and corporate services firm. Prior to that, she practised for several years at top tier law firms, including, Webber Wentzel (in alliance with magic circle firm Linklaters), Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs and Eversheds Sutherland Inc.

Samantha serves as a committee member of the Chartered Governance Institute, Guernsey Branch and specifically serves on the sub-committee responsible for professional education and development of professionals in Guernsey. She is also a full Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
