Rebecca Hale is an senior associate in Walkers' Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Guernsey.

Rebecca advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial disputes including contentious trust matters, administrations and insolvencies, regulatory matters and general civil and commercial litigation.

She has been practising in Guernsey since 2016, and works with a broad range of clients including financial institutions and trust companies on complex cross-border matters.

Prior to joining Walkers in March 2023, Rebecca worked for another offshore law firm in Guernsey for over six years where she focused on litigation, regulatory matters and employment.

Rebecca trained at a boutique law firm in London where she completed seats in insolvency and restructuring, litigation, and general crime, fraud and money laundering before moving offshore.
