Prior to his current role, Mutsa worked in a global law firm where he worked on a broad range of regulatory matters such as change of controller applications and licence exemption applications.

Mutsa also spent three years as a regulator in the Investments, Fiduciary and Pensions Division at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
