Natalie leads our Corporate Group in Bermuda and advises clients on a range of Bermuda-based and international corporate and regulatory matters.

Natalie advises on a very broad range of domestic and international corporate and regulatory matters. She is notable for her M&A experience, which includes takeovers, amalgamations, mergers and schemes of arrangement. She also advises on private equity investments, equity capital markets transactions, and banking and finance matters.

Natalie has received a Certified Director designation from the Institute of Directors and regularly advises clients in respect of directors' duties, corporate governance and regulatory matters including advising in connection with Bermuda's economic substance laws and more recently in respect of Bermuda's newly enacted corporate income tax regime.

Natalie co-leads the global fintech practice group and has significant experience advising fintech and digital asset businesses, asset managers and investors on all aspects of Bermuda's digital assets issuance and licensing framework which she was instrumental in building.
