Amelia Oatley is an associate in the Corporate, Finance, Funds & Insurance team at Walkers' Bermuda office.

She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, corporate structuring, corporate governance, and transactional matters. Amelia also advises on the formation, structuring, licensing and operation of Bermuda entities including investment funds and Fintech businesses.
