Rachel has a range of corporate transactional and advisory experience. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, take privates, initial public offerings, private equity investments and disposals, amalgamations and restructurings (including continuations and discontinuations). She has experience of both private and public offerings, including on the Bermuda, London and US based New York stock exchanges.

In addition, Rachel also specialises in advising on Bermuda's legal and regulatory framework for the digital asset sector. She often advises Fintech businesses on their establishment in Bermuda, including advising on their corporate structuring, seed round investments and Bermuda's licensing framework.

She regularly works for publicly listed companies, private-equity houses, energy companies, financial institutions, global fintech companies and start-up fintech venture companies.
