Property

Jeff O’Boyle is a Partner in the Property team in Jersey.

He joined Appleby from another Jersey firm, where he was a Partner and Head of Property, and previously spent 12 years with Pinsent Masons in the UK. He qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2021 and as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2005.

Jeff has advised property developers, lenders, social housing providers, institutions, funds and Governments on some of the most complex and high value transactions in Jersey.

He specialises in complex property development, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, property finance and energy.

Jeff qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has been a Jersey advocate since 2021.

Jeff is a member of the Law Society of Jersey, the Law Society of England & Wales and The Law Society of Northern Ireland (non-practising)

Educated at The Queens University of Belfast (LLB Law)
