LONDON – April 30, 2026 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised Italian company Fontana Gruppo on its successful signing of an agreement to acquire Germany-based Kamax Group — a strategic transaction that further strengthens Fontana's global footprint and market position.   The transaction marks a significant milestone in Fontana Gruppo’s strategic development. As a leading industrial fasteners manufacturer with a strong presence across Europe, India, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil, Fontana continues to expand its global platform. Kamax Group operates 15 manufacturing plants in Germany, Spain, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, and China.   Upon completion of the transaction, Fontana Gruppo will operate a total of 42 plants worldwide, employ more than 9,000 people, and generate approximately €2 billion in annual revenue.
