Felipe has focused his practice on tax law and has broad experience providing tax consulting and advice in the structuring of public and private real estate funds, as well as in the tax aspects related to the operation of portfolios derived from the sales and/or acquisitions of real estate assets.

He also has experience in the planning and structuring of equity funds and strategic alliances.

Felipe frequently coordinates proceedings on behalf of his clients before Tax and non-Fiscal Authorities, including the Tax Administration Service (SAT), Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) and Nacional Financiera (NAFIN), among others.
