Trent M. Murch focuses his practice on securitization transactions. He has wide-ranging experience regarding recent developments in the federal securities laws, including Regulation AB2, Risk Retention and other Dodd-Frank related regulations. Trent's practice includes counseling clients through the process of preparing Regulation AB2 compliant registration statements, guiding clients through the review process with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and conducting issuances off of Regulation AB2 compliant registration statements. In addition, his nearly 20 years of experience counseling clients on their securitization transactions also includes providing ongoing advice on the periodic reporting requirements under the securities laws.

Representative transactions handled by Trent include securitization transactions collateralized by equipment receivables, auto receivables, credit card receivables, dealer floor plan receivables, as well as a wide variety of other asset types. He represents issuers in both public and private term transactions as well as in asset-backed commercial paper transactions. Trent has represented clients in approximately 40 transactions exceeding $1 billion of securities issued each, and the vast majority of his transactions exceed $500 million of securities issued.
