Cees van Oevelen is the Co-Managing Shareholder of the Amsterdam office. As a civil law notary, he gained experience with clients on corporate structures and reorganizations, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and joint ventures. Cees focuses his practice on corporate law, with an emphasis on transactional and restructuring matters. His client portfolio mainly consists of companies with a multi-jurisdiction focus in the area of oil and gas and pharmaceutical companies.
