Raymundo is a partner of Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than fifteen years of professional experience who is part of the Anti-corruption & Compliance, Arbitration, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Energy & Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Litigation practices. He also belongs to the Automotive & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Energy & Natural Resources, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, and Real Estate industry groups. He is part of the ESG practice group (Environmental, Social and Governance).

Raymundo has extensive experience in civil, commercial and administrative litigation, the amparo proceeding, and commercial and investment arbitration. He is a specialist in public contracting procedures and in energy (oil and gas and renewables). He also participates in sophisticated anti-corruption and compliance investigations, and he is an expert in Mexican legislation on the prevention of money laundering. Raymundo advises and represents domestic and multinational clients, including some of the most iconic oil and gas, construction, technology, automotive and pharmaceutical companies in the world. His early experience in litigation have allowed him to conduct entire cases, from the design of strategies to the enforcement of rulings, making use of the appropriate intermediate legal resources.

Raymundo litigates in domestic and international courts. He frequently participates in highly complex oral hearings. From 2009 to 2015, he coordinated the pro bono work of the firm.

He has been recognized by Legal 500, Benchmark Litigation, Leaders League, among other publications.
