Career

With more than 30 years of experience, he is recognized as one of the leading tax advisors in the market, particularly in the financial sector. He has been involved in multiple M&A transactions as well as in the structuring, investment, and divestment of various private equity funds. He has also played an active role in initial public offerings (IPOs) of different asset classes in Mexico and abroad and advises Mexican families on wealth planning matters.

Prior to joining Ritch Mueller, he served for five years as Head of Tax for Latin America at JPMorgan.
