Career
Gabriel E. Torres joined the firm in 2013 and was named partner in 2023. Hehas extensive experience in structuring and implementing real estate projects, with a focus on portfolio acquisitions, joint ventures, development and construction, and the formation of private equity funds.
He also advises Mexican and international financial institutions on bridge and long-term financings, as well as on the structuring of guarantee packages, primarily related to real estate assets. He is also actively involved in mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of sectors.
Gabriel gained international experience as a foreign associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.
