Álvaro Uliani M. dos Santos has more than 30 years of experience advising local and international clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions in a wide array of industries.

Álvaro counsels domestic and international investment funds on their private equity and venture capital investments in Brazil, and assists Brazilian start-up companies.

He serves local and international clients in setting up companies in Brazil, entering into joint venture and shareholder agreements, carrying out corporate reorganizations, and implementing corporate governance best practices.

Álvaro participated in the Program on Leadership Development (PLD) of Harvard Business School.
