Mariana Kapor Drumond is a Brazilian attorney with more than 15 years of experience in White-Collar Defense, Corporate Criminal Law, Criminal Compliance, and Regulatory Investigations. Throughout her career, she has advised domestic and international companies, executives, and individuals in highly sensitive matters involving corporate fraud, environmental crimes, tax offenses, financial misconduct, cybercrime, capital markets investigations, and public administration-related proceedings.

Her practice combines advisory and contentious work, with a strong focus on corporate crisis management, executive defense, internal investigations, and regulatory exposure mitigation. She has also developed extensive experience in compliance, governance, and personal data protection programs, particularly in scenarios involving potential corporate and executive liability.

Prior to joining Martinelli Advogados as partner, Mariana developed her practice at Kapor Drumond Advogados, where she focused on corporate criminal matters, compliance, and investigations.

Her professional experience also includes representation of clients before Parliamentary Commissions of Inquiry (CPIs) before Brazil’s National Congress and in sanctioning administrative proceedings involving regulatory and oversight authorities, including CGU, CGEs, ANATEL, ANM, and CVM, especially in matters connected to Brazil’s Anti-Corruption Law.
