Career

Qualified lawyer with a career focused on Tax Law, acting in both advisory and contentious matters before Federal, State, and Municipal authorities. Partner at Martinelli Advogados, where he is part of the Tax practice group, advising clients on complex tax disputes and strategic litigation, including judicial and administrative proceedings.

Holds a Law Degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (2004) and a postgraduate lato sensu degree in Tax Law from the Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law (2005). Also acts as a guest lecturer in postgraduate Tax Law programmes.

Has held several leadership positions at the Paraná Institute of Tax Law (IDT/PR), serving as Treasurer Director (2015/2017), Secretary Director (2017/2019), President (2019/2021 and 2021/2023), and currently as Vice-President (2023/2025 and 2025/2027).

Member of the Tax Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/PR) from 2007 to 2024. Also serves as President of ACEC – Associação Comunitária Evangélica Canaã, member of the Administrative Group of the First Independent Presbyterian Church of Curitiba, and member of the Institutional Legal Advisory Board of the Independent Presbyterian Church of Brazil.
