Cintia has been a senior partner at Martinelli Advogados since 2017

She joined the firm in 2013, specialising in tax and corporate/M&A areas. Cintia has been advising companies from various segments of the economy for more than two decades. She is responsible partner for coordinating M&A procedures in the state of Paraná and has long-term experience she has extensive experience related to mergers and acquisitions, spin-off transactions, joint ventures, international tax topics and has contributed to tax analysts and corporate taxation. She has experience working on both international and local tax issues, with a special focus on the regional tax aspects of the transactions that involve tax planning and corporate restructuring as well as in the improvement of corporate governance and in high-complexity corporate-related matters.

Cintia holds an LLB degree in law UNIBRASIL (2002), postgraduate financial accounting and auditing from FURB/SC, LLM in international tax law from FGV/RJ and in consumer protection from the School of the Judiciary of the State of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ-RJ).
