Eimeric is a strategic and versatile patent litigator with wide-ranging experience across multiple industries, including computer technologies, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals. He regularly represents clients in federal district courts across the country and in appeals before the Federal Circuit.

Chair of the San Francisco office’s litigation practice, Eimeric regularly litigates high-stakes patent cases and advises clients on complex patent analyses and licensing disputes. Eimeric has orally argued and won appeals before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Seventh Circuit, and he has briefed dozens of appeals in patent cases. At the district court level, Eimeric’s nationwide litigation experience includes orally arguing and briefing case-dispositive motions, leading claim construction hearings, and cross-examining expert witnesses at trial. Eimeric has also represented clients in high-profile petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court, in investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and in dozens of inter partes reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
