Partner Luca Maffia is a partner in the Milan office. His main area of practice is Debt Finance and is a member of the Global Financial Institutions Industry Group of White & Case. He advises both borrowers and lenders - including international and domestic corporates, financial institutions and investment funds - on a broad range of banking and finance transactions. His practice focuses in particular on leveraged finance and acquisition finance, where he has extensive experience handling complex, cross-border deals. Luca also has significant experience in the real estate finance sector, advising both lenders, especially credit funds, and borrowers on structured financings and investment-related transactions. Luca has developed strong expertise in guiding clients through sophisticated financing structures with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
