Advises national and foreign clients on a wide range of matters, including executive compensation and benefits, negotiations with executives and unions, compliance and HR investigations, and the drafting and review of labor-related instruments.

In litigation, she handles strategic labor disputes, including individual lawsuits, public civil actions, and class actions involving unions and the Labor Prosecutor’s Office, as well as investigations and administrative proceedings conducted by the Labor Prosecutor’s Office, and inspections and assessments by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. She also advises on due diligence processes in large-scale national and international transactions.
