Karina represents clients in labor matters across several industries, including infrastructure, automotive, metallurgy and mining, life sciences, healthcare, and civil construction. Her practice involves advisory, judicial and administrative litigation support, on matters involving audits, labor arbitrations, class actions and collective interests, actions for indemnification, collective bargaining, and due diligence. Specialized consultancy on social security and labor benefits, such as the management of social security leaves and the challenge of technical epidemiological nexus (NTEP).

She has experience advising companies on doing business in Brazil, corporate restructurings, and aligning foreign labor policies with Brazilian laws.
